Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 30 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position along the bottom - Open Element 20 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Frame 3a - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 29 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top of the rectangle bit

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the previous layer - Open Element 4 - Mirror - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 1 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 6a - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag

Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer on the left of the tag - Open Element 8 - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the deck chair

Open Element 22 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the surfboard

Open your tube and place her in the centre of the tag - Open Element 19 - Resize by 80 and place along the bottom of the tube - Erase any parts of her legs that sticks out underneath

Open Element 7 - Resize by 70 and place on the bottom right - Open Wordart 1a and resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag

Click on Raster 1 - Layers - New Raster Layer - Floodfill this with a colour from your tag - Apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
