Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - Light and Dark Purple from the tag

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 3 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Open Element 1 - Resize as before and position in the top right corner of the paper - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Frame 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate 10 Right and place in the centre

Open Element 14 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the previous frame layer - Open Element 18 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Duplicate twice and position on the left of each other - merge all together when happy

Open Element 6 - Resize by 80 and position on the far left of the tag

Open Element 25 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the right slightly above centre on the angled frame - Open your tube and place her where you wish in the tag

Open Element 9 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position along the bottom centre of the tube

Open WA and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Open Element 21 - Mirror - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
