Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 57 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 98 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and merge down when happy

Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer - Position just above centre

Open Element 111 and paste as a new layer - Place on the top of the previous layer

Open Element 100 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open Element 30 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 22 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the far right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down 

Open Element 35 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the left

Open Element 48 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Element 99 and paste as a new layer  - Place on the bottom of the tube

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
