Open a new image 600x600

Open WA 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position on the right

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 and open paper 11 - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Trellis and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Glitter Spill - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the middle of the tag

Open the Glitter Fall Element - Copy and paste the purple one on your canvas - Position on the right - Copy and paste the purple one on the canvas and position to the left

Open Doodle 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip and Merge Down

Open the Screen - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Doodle 3 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the middle

Open Leaves 2 - Image - Mirror - Position on the right

Open Seedpods - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre

Open Netting 1 - Image - Flip - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the tube - Duplicate x3 and merge all of them down

Open Candle - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the right

Open Fabric Roses - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate and resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the original - merge down - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
