Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge down

Open Element 64 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Open Element 70 and paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the tag

Open Element 14 and paste as a new layer on the left of the tag

Open Element 53 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 39 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 5 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and position in the right of the frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L

Open Element 48 - Resize by 80 - Position on the top right of the tag

Open Element 54 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position on the left of the tag

Open Element 22 - Image - Mirror and position on the right of the frame

Open Element 55 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and position on the top right

Open Element 62 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the tree

Open Element 56 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place along the bottom

Open Element 8 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 -Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 32 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 7 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open your tube and position on the left

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
