Open a new image 600x600
Open Heart Pillow 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre
Open Fur Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place to the right
Open Dark Frame - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - modify - expand by 8 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - change the blend mode of the red paper layer to Multiply
Staying on the paper layer - Open Stars - resize by 70 and place in the centre - Open candles - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom - Back to the top!
Open Roses 2 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top right
Open Bottle Heart - Image - mirror - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the top left
Open Rope and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position toward the top
Open Blood Rose 2 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right
Open Big Bow - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left
Open Black Cat - Image - Mirror - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left
Open Bow Dot 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the tag
Open Goblet - Resize by 20 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right
Open Thorn Heart 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left
Open your tube and place her in the centre - Resize if needed
Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
