Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 6 and paste as a new layer - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Open a close up tube and position on the right of the frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance

Open Element 36 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 9 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position slightly above the original - move down and merge down - Open Element 44 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge down

Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Duplicate - Rotate 90 Left and position on the left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge these 4 layers together

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top centre

Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the left

Open Element 18 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Wordart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom

Open your tube and position her on the ribbon so it looks as if she is sitting on it

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
