Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 27 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 128 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 85 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the right

Open Element 112 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right

Open Frame 9 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside all the frame bits with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert -Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Staying on the paper layer - Open Element 99 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position toward the bottom - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above and erase any parts of the stairs that stick out from the main tag - Open Element 129 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 115 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 and position on the left - Open Element 83 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left corner

Open Element 25 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Open Element 2 - Resize by 20 - Sharpen and position on the top right

Open Element 56 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 107 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top left - Open Element 73 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Open your tube and place to the right - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Element 116 - Resize by 60 and place on the bottom of the tube

Open Element 60 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the middle left - Open Element 1 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 4 - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and position on the bottom right on the candles

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
