Open a new image 600x600

Open Scatter 1 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre

Open Doodle 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Bow 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the right of the previous layer - Duplicate and position on the left side of the previous layer - Merge Visible

Open Words and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the middle

Open Scatter 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Place in the centre - Click inside all 4 frames with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Glitter 2 and paste as a new layer - Open a close up of your tube and position on the left side of the frames - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and place on the right side - merge these down - Selections - Invert - Delete on the paper and tube layer - Select none and move both the paper and tube layers under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tubes to Luminance L

Open Flower 2 - resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame

Open Greenery 3 - resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the bottom of the frame

Open your tube and paste as a new layer - position in the centre of the frames

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
