Xero - Porcelain - Default - Set Blue to 0

Ope a new image 600x600

Open Corner Sparkles and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 1 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Open WA 1 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Paste as a new layer and place in the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select noe and move all under the frame - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings aboe to the WordArt - Open Telephone - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Open Lasso - Mirror - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place to the left - Open Wagon Wheel - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Silk Rose 1 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate 4 more times and place around the frame - Merge down when happy - Open Star Dangles - Resize by 50 - Mirror and place on the top left of the frame - Open Heart Dangle and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the top left - Open Mustangs - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place to the left of the tag - Open your tube and position to the right of the tag - Apply Porcelain at the settings above -  Resize to your liking and sharpen - Open Western Revolver - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Mirror and position on the bottom left of the tube

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
