Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 12 - Resize by - 90 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds - Width 4 - Opacity 15 - I used a blue from my tube - both boxes Checked - Open Frame 2 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the left - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Apply Fritillary at the settings above - Open Element 1 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Open wor1 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 15 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom - Open Element 11 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the tag - Open Element 14 and place in front of the flowers - Open Element 6 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 2 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate 3 more times and position next to each other - merge all down when happy - Open your tube and place to the left - Open Elemen 19 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in front of the tube to the left - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right
Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
