Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside all frames with your  magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Open your close up tube and place in the far right frame - Selections - Invert -Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L - Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer along the bottom of the tag - Open Element 20 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the middle of the previous layer - Open Element 17 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the far left of the tag - Open ELement 3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Duplicate 3 more times and arange on the tree - merge all down when happy - Open Element 1 and position on the right of the tree - Open Element 6 and position on the far left of the tag - Open ELement 14 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the tag - Open Element 14 and resize by 85 - Sharpen and place to the left - Open your tube and place her to the right

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
