Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 2 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 16 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place toward the top - Open Element 15 - Resize by 95 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the frame - Open Element 4 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down - Open Element 18 - Place toward the bottom of the tag - Open Element 20 - Place on the bottom right of the previous layer - Duplicate - resize by 90 - Sharpen - Mirror and merge down when happy - Open ELement 2 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 6 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 10 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the far left of the frame - Duplicate and position to your liking - Open your tube and place on the left - Open Wordart and place along the bottom of the tube

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
