Open Frame 2 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Open Diner and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open the Radio and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the bottom right - Open Diner Seats and place as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move all under the frame - Open Neon - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top centre - Open Bow 21 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Duplicate and place on the centre of the frame on the left - merge down - Open Bow 11 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place in the middle of the bow on the top right - Duplicate and position on the bow on the left - merge down - Open Gumball Machine and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Antique Phone and resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Badge 4 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top left - Open Wallet Keychain and paste as a new layer - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Resize to your liking - Sharpen and place along the bottom

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
