Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Open Element 54 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the paper - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Open Element 2 and paste as a new layer - Position on the right of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 10 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the tag - Open Element 31 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top of the tag - Open Element 95 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top centre - Open Element 96 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Open Element 69 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Open Element 93 - Position along the bottom - Open Element 47 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 55 and paste as a new layer along the bottom of the tag - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open your wordart - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the top - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
