Open a new image 600x600

Open Word Mist and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Shell Line and place as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tag - Open the frame and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 14 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Hide the frame for now - Open Vine - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Bead Circle - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Unhide the frame and move to the top - Open Coastal Tree 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Open Branch 2 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the frame - Open Branch 1 - Resize as before and place on the left of the tag - Open Sparkles - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Sea Mist 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Porcelain Urn and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tag - Open Flower 6 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right of the tag - Duplicate - Image - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place below the original - merge down

Open Crane 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Mirror - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Crab - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the bottom far left of the tag - Open your tube and place to the right as she is sitting on the flowers

Open Paper 7 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
