Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Pink

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 11 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position so the heart is in the middle - Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Resize by 43 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame - Stay on the paper layer and open Element 43 - Resize by 60 and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Back to the top

Open Element 72 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the tag - Open Element 40 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Open Element 15 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - Open Element 86 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 108 - resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Unhide your duplicated tube and move to the top - Erase some that sticks out from the bottom - See my tag for reference - Open Element 106 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 18 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place in front of the candle - Open Element 100 - Mirror - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left flower

Open Paper 14 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
