Open Frame 3 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Frame 5 - Resize  by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 18 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame - Open Element 17 - Mirror - Resize  by 40 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 101 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top centre of the frame - Open Element 118 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the left - Open Element 135 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom centre - Duplicate and resize by 80 - Move to the top left of the original slightly - Duplicate - Mirror and merge all 3 together - Open Element 188 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 52 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left -Open Element 31 - Mirror - Resize by 25 - Sharpen and place on the right of the cake - Open your tube and place in the centre

Open Paper 26 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
