Open Element 38 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place toward the top of the tag - Open Element 28 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 9 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place in the frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - Keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 1 and position toward the bottom of the paper - Move back to the top - Open Element 87 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame - Open Element 57 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom of the previous layer - Open Element 84 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the frame - Open Element 41 - Mirror - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the bottom far right - Duplicate and position on the left of the original - merge down - Open your tube and position in the centre

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
