Open Element 70 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 -Sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 99 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place toward the bottom - Open Element 89 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top centre of the tag - Open Element 21 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place to the left - Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the middle - Open Element 94 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Open Element 4 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate twice and place on the left of the original and the other on the left of the other duplicated element - merge down - Open Element 11 - Mirror - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the right - Open Element 28 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right of the tag - Open Element 42 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open Element 81 and resize by 80 - Rotate - 90 Left and paste along the bottom of the tag - Open Element 25 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - Open Element 40 - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the left of the tag - Open Element 111 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Open your tube and position in the centre of the tag

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
