Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Purple

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 2 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame - keeping on the paper layer - Open Element 5 and place in the centre - Back to the top

Open Element 1 - resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the far centre left of the frame - Duplicate - Mirror - resize by 80 - Sharpen and place under the original - merge down

Open Element 4- Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top left of the frame - See my tag for placement - Open Element 7 and place to the right of the tag - Open Element 12 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down when happy - Open Element 19 - Rotate by 90 Right - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place slightly above the previous layer - Open your tube and place her in the centre - Open Element 18 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place along the bottom of the tube - Erase parts of the tube that sticks underneath this element - Open Wordart - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place just above the music wings element - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadow to your layers - merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
