Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Pink

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer

Position - Open a close up of your tube and position to the left of the frame

When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both under the frame

Change the blend mode od the close up to Darken

Open Cloud - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Move to the top and move to the bottom

Open Flower Branch and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen

Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Position on the right of the frame

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Flower Trail and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen

Using your deform tool - Angle it so it fits at the top of the frame

Open your main tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the right of the tag

Open Grass and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 and position at the bottom of your tag

Open Glitter and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom

Open Wordart and paste as a new layer 

Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Send to the bottom and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Flowers 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tag - Place under the wordart

Open Butterfly - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Position on top of the flowers

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Apply drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
