I am using the PTU Scrapkit Bad Mamma Jamma made to match the tube by Kizzed by Kelz which you can find HERE
Mask of Choice
Font of Choice

Filters Used:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Default - Colour - Grey
Xero - Radiance - 128, 85, 158, 76

Open a new image 600x600
Open Cityscene and paste as a new layer - Resize this by 130 - Sharpen
Position below the centre point
Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and move to the right
Click inside the frame with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer
Open your close up tube and paste as a new layer
 Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move both under the frame and change the blend mode of the tube to Screen
Open Glow Swirl and paste as a new layer
Send to the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open Motorcycle and paste as a new layer
Image - Mirror - Position on the bottom left
Open Stars Spiral and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and move towards the top
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Resize if necessary and place in the centre
Open Wordart - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position to the right of the tube
Click on the frame layer - Open Dragon Tattoo - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Image - Mirror - Position on the bottom right
Open Pug - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the right
Open Bomb - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Position in front of the bike on the left
Open Crates and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position in front of the cityscape on the right
Open Bug - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position on the left of the cityscape and move underneath
Place it so it looks as if it is peeking over the city
Open Sparkle and paste as a new layer - Position over the cityscape layer
Apply Radiance to the tube at the settings above

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
