Mermaid Beach - PTU

I am using the PTU Scrapkit Ocean Blues by Kizzed by Kelz which you can find HERE 

Mask of Choice

Font of Choice

Filters Used:

Xero - Radiance - 128, 50, 70, 124

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Posiiton in the centre of the frame

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 8

Open Paper 12 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame

Open Wave 2 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the frame

Open Dolphin and paste as a new layer - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position to the top right

Open Water Puddle and paste as a new layer

Position at the bottom of the frame

Open Porthole and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the left of the frame

Duplicate and position on the right slightly off centre

Using your Elipse Tool - Select Circle - Solid Line - Width 1

Draw a circle that is the same size as the porthole on the right

Duplicate and position over the one on the left

Grab your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 1

Open your tube and position in the frame - Duplicate and place in the other frame

When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both under the circle layers

Delete the Elipse circles and move the tubes under the porthole layers - Change the blend mode of the tubes to Luminance L

Open Sun Sparkle - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Position on the top left of the frame

Open Bubbles 3 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Position on the right of the tag

Open Sparkle and paste as a new layer

Position under the porthole layers

Open Box - Image - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom left

Open Egret 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the right

Open your tube as a new layer - Position in the centre - Resizing if necessary - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Beach Sign and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen More - Position on the top right of the tag

Open Paper 11 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
