This is tut number 2 using the package

Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 148, 185, 76, 161
Xero - Fritillary - 6, 67, 14, 21

Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 31 and paste as a new layer - Position at the top
Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down
Open Element 26 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror and position at the bottom of the tag
Open f2 and paste as a new layer
Image - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer - Position and when happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move under the frame and apply Fritillary at the settings above
Open Element 16 and paste as a new layer - Position in the centre of the frame
Open f3 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Position in the centre of the frame - Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Open your close up tube and paste as a new layer
When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None on both the tube and paper layer
Move under the frame and change the blend mode of the tube to Exclusion
Open Element 24 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen
Position on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open Element 22 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom right of the frame - Duplicate and position next to the original - Merge Down
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open Element 41 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the left of the path
Open your tube and paste as a new layer - Position on the right of the tag
Position her so she is looking at oneof the jewels on the frame
Apply Radiance to her at the settings above

Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
