Filters Used:
Xero - Radiance - 128, 50, 128, 76
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - Colours from your tube (Black, Pink, White)

Open a new image 600x600
Open Label 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre
Open Backdrop Town and paste as a new layer
Resize this by 60 and Sharpen - Position on the bottom of the Label
Open Frame 5 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 and position in the centre of the canvas
Apply Gradient Glow - Settings - Fat - Pink and Black
Open Smoke 2 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position on the right of the frame
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open Magic 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open your tube and paste as a new layer
Resize if necessary and position in the centre of the frame
Open Ribbon 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position at the bottom of the tube
Open Swirl 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize this by 90 - Sharpen and position over the previous layer
Open Word Art 1 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 65 - Sharpen - Position at the bottom of the tag
Apply Gradient Glow - Settings - Fat - Black and Pink
Erase some of the tube thats sticking out from the bottom
Apply Radiance to your tube at the settings above

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
