Mask of Choice
Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 and position in the centre
Open your tube as a new layer - Position over the middle frame
Click inside all 3 frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer
Open a close up of your tube and position in the 1st frame - Duplicate twice more and repeat for the other 2 frames
When happy - Merge these together - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move under the frame layer and change the blend mode of the tubes to Hard Light
Open Bite Me and paste as a new layer
Resize by 50 - Sharpen More and position on the top of the 3rd frame
Open Devil Bird and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position under the previous layer
Open Heart 1 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Paste as a new layer - Position on the bottom of the 1st frame
Open Skullfly and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen
Position on the top of the 1st frame
Open Skll Girly - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the 3rd frame
Open Sad Teddy - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom of the 1st frame
Open Wire 12 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom - Resize by 80
Open Glass Brad 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 20 - Sharpen
Position in the middle of the 1st n 2nd frame
Duplicate - Move down and resize by 90 - Repeat twice more - Merge these 4 together
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and make sure they are on the frame layer

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and add a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
