Happy Mardi Gras - PTU

I am using the PTU Scrapkit Mardi Gras Fun by DCCreations and you can find that HERE 

Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 1 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 85 - Sharpen More - Position in the centre
Open Fun Ribbon and paste as a new layer
Resize this by 60 and position on the bottom of the frame
Click inside the frame with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Make a gradient from your tube using 2 colours from your tube
Linear - Angle 50 - Repeats 7 - Invert - Unchecked
Layers - New Raster Layer - Floodfill with the gradient - Select None - Move under the frame layer
Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Gaussian - 20 - Mono checked - OK
Open the close up tube layer and position below the bottom Ribbon layer and erase any thats overhanging
Open Fun Sequins - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left
Position on the left middle of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down when happy
Open Fun Beads 3 and paste as a new layer
Position on the top left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down - Send to the bottom
Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down when happy

Click on the paper layer - Open Fun Coins and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and move towards the bottom - Erase any that overhang
Open WordArt 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position over the Sequin layer on the left - Duplicate and position on the right - Merge Down and move below the tube layer
Click on the paper layer - Open Fun Ribbon 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position to the top left of the paper layer

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
