I am using the PTU Scrapkit Oh So Sexy, Oh So Hot by Kizzed by Kelz made to match the tube and you can find that HERE or HERE

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - Pink, Black n White

Open a new image 600x600
Open Piano and paste as a new layer
Position to the right of the canvas
Open your tube and paste as a new layer
Resize and position to the left
Open Hat and paste as a new layer
Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position under the tube to the left
Open Fan - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 - Left
Duplicate and position next to the original - Merge together
Position below the hat, tube and piano layer
Open heart n roses and paste as a new layer
Resize by 20 - Sharpen and position on the piano
Click on the bottom layer - Copy and paste glow swirl
Position at the bottom - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip
Position at the top and merge these layers together
Open Kiss and resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the piano
Open Music Notes and paste as a new layer
Position under the piano layer at the bottom
Keeping on the same layer as the musical notes
Open scattered notes and paste - Position to the left
Duplicate - Position next to the original - Merge Down
Open love wa and paste as a new layer
Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the top right of the tag
Open Bling and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom
Open Black Swirl - Image - Flip - Position under the piano layer and place at the top
Open heart ribbon and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen
Position under the fan layer towards the top - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down when happy
Apply Radiance on the main tube layer at the settings above

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen
Send to the bottom - Open a close up of your tube - Position to the left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror -Position to the right - Merge the paper and tube layers together
Apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
