I am using the PTU Scrapkit Yolanthe made to match the tube by SkyScraps which you can find HERE
Mask of Choice
Font of Choice

Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 86 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Position in the centre
Open your tube as a new layer and resize if needed
Position on the left of the frame
Click inside all the frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Open Paper 4 and position - Open your tube and position - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move the paper and tube layer underneath your frame
Change the blend mode of the tube to Luminance L
Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen
Position on the right and place under the paper layer
Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Position in the middle frame - Use your deform tool to angle it to the right
Open Element 55 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Image - Mirror - Duplicate - Image - Flip - Merge Down
Position under the tube layer on the left
Open Element 77 and paste - Image - Mirror - Resize by 60
Position on the right side of the tube
Open Element 80 - Paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom
Open Element 8 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom right of the tag
Open Element 87 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen
Position above the bottom black layer
Open Element 90 and Sharpen - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position at the top
Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position above the frame layer
Open Element 92 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen - Position at the bottom of the tag
Duplicate - Position above the original
Merge Down - Send to below the tube layer

Open Paper 6 - Paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and add a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
