Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - White - 3
Xero - Fritillary - Default

Quick n Easy Tut!

Open a new image 600x600
Open Frame 4 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen
Position in the centre
Click inside both frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3
Open Paper 6 and paste as a new layer
Open your close up tube and position in the left frame
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move under the frame layers
Click on your close up tube - Duplicate - Image - Mirror
Position in the right frame - When happy with positioning merge the the layers together
Change the blend mode to Luminance Legacy
Apply Fritillary to both paper layers at the settings above
Open Charm 2 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 45 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the frame
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position on the bottom left of the frame - Merge down
Open Glitter 2 and paste - Send to the bottom and arrange near the top
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - Position - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open Eyelet Ribbon and paste - Resize by 40 - Sharpen More
Using your deform tool - Angle it on the top right of the frame

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position on the top left - Merge Down when happy

Open Paper 9 and paste as a new layer
Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence info - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
