Rac Stalker

I am using the art of Ismael Rac which you can find HERE I am using the PTU kit Just Happy by Wilma which you can find HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image 450x450 Open ruffledcircle frame 1 and paste as a new layer Image - Resize by 60 and Sharpen Place in the centre of your canvas Grab your magic wand and click inside the frame Selections - Modify - Expand by 4 Open the tube you are using and paste on your canvas Resize if needed Place in the frame Selections - Invert - Delete Move under the frame Paste your tube again and place exactly over the original Erase any overhanging Give the original tube a drop shadow Click inside the frame again with your magic wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 4 Copy n Paste paper11 as a new layer Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None Move under your frame and original tube layer Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds Width 2, Opacity 30, Colour White and both boxes ticked Open paper 3 and paste at the bottom of you canvas Add a mask of choice and Merge group Copy n Paste tag 4 on your canvas Image - Resize by 70 - Sharpen Place at the bottom of the frame Copy n Paste bow 2 as a new layer Image - Resize by 40 Place on the right hand side of the frame in the middle Duplicate and Mirror Add correct copyright n licence numbers Give all layers a drop shadow Merge all layers Crop if needed Done!
