Artwork ©Dominic Marco In order to use this image you MUST purchase it from CILM I am using the art of Dominic Marco which you can find HERE I am using the PTU kit by Lisa called New Year 2010 which you can find HERE Font of Choice Mask of Choice Open a new image 450x450 Open your tube and Paste on your canvas Resize if necessary Place at the bottom of the canvas Open NY2010_element (63) and paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 95 - Sharpen Place at the top of your canvas - Under your tube Copy n Paste element112 and paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 40 and Sharpen Place under your frame on the right hand side Open element 111 and paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 30 and then by 80 and Sharpen Place between the 2 frames and place under your tube Open element 86 and paste on your canvas Place to the left of the canvas Layers - Duplicate and place to the side of the original Merge these 2 layers together Open paper 25 and paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 80 - Sharpen Add a mask of choice and merge group Send to the bottom of the canvas Grab your magic wand and click inside both of the frames Selections - Modify and Expand by 3 Copy n Paste paper29 on your canvas Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None Move under the frame layer Grab your font tool and type in 20 in the first frame and 10 in the other Resize to fit the frame Merge these 2 layers together Open element 6 and paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 40 and then by 70 and Sharpen Place on the left of the canvas next to your tube Layers - Duplicate - Image - Mirror Merge these 2 together Give everything a drop shadow Resize if necessary Add correct copyright n licence info Merge visible Done!
