I am using the art of Keith Garvey which you can find HERE You must NOT use the image in this tut unless you have the proper licence to do so, you can obtain a licence HERE I am using the PTU kit Funky by Kat which you can find HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Open a new image 450x450 Open funkyframe2 and Paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 40 - Sharpen Click inside your frame with your magic wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 4 Open the tube you are using Resize if needed Selections - Invert - Delete Move under the frame layer Paste the tube again and resize if the original was resized Move to the top layer Erase any overhanging parts Click inside the frame again with your magic wand Selections - Modify - Expand by 4 Copy n Paste funkypaper13 as a new layer Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none Move to the bottom of the layers Open glassdoodle3 and Paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 60 - Sharpen Send to the bottom of your canvas Open colormetaltag02 and Paste on your canvas Image - Resize by 30 and then by 60 - Sharpen Place under your frame Give everything a drop shadow Merge layers visible n save as a png Give everything the right copyright n licence numbers Done!
