Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 1 - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 left - Resize by 80 - Sharpen - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Element 34 and position in the centre - Move under the frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None - Now grab your magic wand again and click inside all of the frames on the layer you just did - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open your tube and resize and position in the top left - Duplicate and mirror - Erase some of the tube that has gone into the top right frame - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 26 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in the bottom centre of the frame

Open Element 39 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Duplicate and position on the top left - merge down

Open Element 30 - resize by 35 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the previous layer

Open Element 21 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Element 38 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left 

Open Element 50 - Mirror - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position along the bottom

Open Element 40 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the frame

Open Element 97 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 60 - Resize by 55 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 88 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the top of the car

Open Element 105 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the far left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 32 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above - Duplicate and hide for now

Open your tube again and position on the right of the tag - Resize as needed - Unhide the duplicated wordart and position at the top - Delete parts of the wordart

Open Paper 10  and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
