I am using the PTU Scrapkit Rock your World by Abstract Creations which you can find HERE  

Font of Choice

Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Green and then White and Purple

Xero - Radiance - 49, 36, 91, 73

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 59 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place to the top left - Duplicate and hide for now

Open Element 66 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Open the previous duplicated layer and move to the top right above the star frame layer

Open Element 49 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen - Mirror and place on the right point of the frame

Open Element 48 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the far left point of the frame

Open Element 63 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 23 and position on the bottom of the previous layer

Open Element 29 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Open Element 28 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top far left of the cityscape - Duplicate and move over to the far right - Merge down

Open Element 20 - Position on the bottom of the speakers

Open Element 64 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 14 - Mirror - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left of the guitar previous layer - Duplicate and again move over to the right and merge down - Open Element 25 and position along the bottom of the tag

Open your tube and place her in the centre

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
