Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Thin - White

Open a new image 600x600

Open Frame 11 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 3 - Open Paper 27 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 41 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position toward the top - Open Element 42 - resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the right - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down when happy - Open Element 55 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position down the bottom of the tag - Open your tube and position her in the centre

Open Element 1 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position to the top right of the tube - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Element 56 - Mirror - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position along the bottom

Open Element 83 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen and send to the bottom - Erase any greenery that sticks out from under the frame - Open Element 107 - Resize as before and position on the bottom right - Open Element 149 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position slightly above the mushrooms

Click on the leaves layer above the frame - Open Element 145 - Resize by 80 and place on the top of the tag - Open Element 169 - Resize by 80 - Send to the bottom and erase any that sticks out underneath the pathway bit

Open Element 23 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Click on the right side of the frame - Open Element 18 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the right - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down when happy

Open Element 123 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place at the top - Duplicate - Flip - Mirror and merge down and send this to the bottom 

Open Element 60 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right behind the purple mushrooms - Duplicate - Mirror and merge down - Click on the scroll on the left - Open Element 45 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on the left of the scroll

Open Paper 24 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible - Add correct copyright and licence numbers - merge down - Save as a png - Add your name - Save again and Done
