Open a new image 600x600

Open your tube and place her in the centre

Open Frame 2 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Move under the tube

Open the Wordart and using your selection tool - Draw around any you want, i chose the middle one - Edit - Cut and on your original canvas - Paste as a new layer - resize by 50 - Sharpen - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Right and position on the top left of the frame

Click on the frame layer - Open Scatter 1 - Resize by 80 - Mirror and place on the bottom right

Open Bows and using one that matches your tube - I chose the white one - repeat the above steps of the wordart layer

Once you have pasted it on your original canvas - Resize  by 50 - Sharpen and place on the left centre of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down

Click inside the frame with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 5 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move below the frame

Open scatters 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place at the bottom - Duplicate and position below the original - merge down 

Open Ric Rac - Select the 4th one or any of your choice - edit - cut - paste as a new layer on your tag - rotate by 90 left and position just to the left of the tube - Move to below the frame layer and erase the top and bottom parts using your eraser tool

Open paper 1 - Paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
