Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Red

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 45 - Resize by 90 - Sharpen and position to the far left

Open Frame 7 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the right of the previous layer

Open Element 17 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the far left

Open Element 4 and place as a new layer on the top centre of the tag

Open Element 52 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 49 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the top - Duplicate - Position on the bottom of the tag and merge together

Open Element 43 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Element 74 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 8 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open Element 11 - Resize by 65 - Sharpen and place on top of the previous layer

Open Element 27 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top left

Open Element 14 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right

Open your tube and place her to the right of the centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Wordart 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
