Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Blue

Xero - Radiance - 79, 161, 143, 124

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Frame 2 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Left - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - open Paper 4 - resize by 60 and place in the centre - Open your tube and position - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move both under the frame

Open Element 2 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame

Open Element 15 - Image - Flip - Position on the top of the frame

Open Element 12 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the top right of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down - Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer on the bottom of the frame - Open Element 19 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the left of the frame - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge down

Open Element 13 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 4 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left - Duplicate - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom centre of the frame - Duplicate and merge down

Open Element 14 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - open element 9 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the envelope - Open Element 1 - resize by 50 - Sharpen and place on the bottom right - Duplicate and as before resize and place on the right of the centre flower - Open Element 17 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom

Open Wordart 1 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - Apply Gradient glow at the settings above - Unhide your duplicated tube and place to the top - Erase the bottom of the tube - Apply radiance to the tube layers at the settings above

Open Paper 5 - Paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
