I am using the PTU IB PinUpToons 180-1 Scrapkit by WDDesignz which you can find HERE

Filters Used:

Xero - Radiance - 128, 97, 128, 109

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Red

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Rotate by 90 - left and place in the centre

Open Element 6 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select none and move under the frame

Open Element 26 - Image - Flip - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom

Open Element 18 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place in the centre

Open Element 7 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place towards the bottom right

Open Element 25 - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and place to the bottom left - Erase any that sticks out from the frame - Duplicate and repeat on the right side - Merge down

Open Element 13 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and position on the top right - Duplicate and move to the left so they are matching - merge down - Duplicate twice and position in the centre and to the bottom - merge all 3 together

Open Element 10 - Resize by 35 - Sharpen and place on the top right - Duplicate - mirror - resize by 80 and position on the top left

Open your tube and position in the centre - Apply Radiance at the settings above

Open Element 23 - Resize by 85 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Erase the bottom of the tube that sticks out from underneath the ribbon

Open Element 12 - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place along the bottom - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
