Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 99 - Resize by 90 - Paste as a new layer and place in the centre - Click inside with your magic wand - Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Open your tube and place in the centre - Duplicate and hide for now - Selections - invert - delete - select none and move both under the frame - Unhide the duplicated tube and erase the bottom part that sticks out

Click on the frame - Open Element 97 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place in the centre of the main frame part - Click on the paper layer - Open element 14 - Resize by 50 - sharpen and place in the centre - Open Element 62 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position to the right

Open Element 72 - Resize by 75 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - Open Element 52 - Resize by 45 - Sharpen and place on the far right - move under the previous layer

Open Element 81 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and place on the bottom left

Open Element 83 - Resize by 98 - Move to the bottom and send to the bottom

Click on the red frame - open element 82 and position on the top - erase the parts sticking out either side of the frame

Open Element 84 - Image - Mirror and send to the bottom placing beneath the circle layer

Open Element 79 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top of the frame - Duplicate - Resize by 80 - Sharpen and place on the bottom - merge down

Open Element 8 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen and place on the top right

Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice -  merge group - Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - merge down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
