Filters Used:

Xero - Radiance - 128, 112, 128, 76

Open a new image 600x600

Open Water Droplets and paste as a new layer

Position in the centre of the canvas

Open Sun and paste as a new layer

Resize by 45 - Sharpen and position on the top right of the tag

Open Sun Sparkle and paste as a new layer - Resize as above and position on top of the sun - Merge these Down

Open Water and paste as a new layer

Position on the bottom of the tag

Open Dolphin and paste as a new layer

Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the top centre of the water

Open Wave 2 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the water

Open Palm Trees - Position on the bottom left of the water - Move under the wave

Open Bridge and paste as a new layer

Position in the centre

Open Hut - Resize by 70 - Sharpen - Position in the centre of the bridge

Duplicate and move under the bridge

Erase some of the hut on the duplicated layer

Open Sand and paste as a new layer

Position on the bottom right of the tag

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Move under the original and Merge Down

Open Sparkles and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen

Position on the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Crate and paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left

Open Sparkle and paste as a new layer

Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position in the centre - Move under the crate layer

Open Cocktail and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen - Position next to the crate 

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position on the bottom of the tag - Apply Radiance using the above settings

Open Paper 8 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
