Filters Used:

Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - White/Gold

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 12 - Image - Rotate - Free Rotate 90 Left

Resize by 60 - Sharpen and position in the centre

Click inside with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None

Move under the frame layer

Open Element 21 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 85 - Sharpen - Send to the slight left and move to the bottom

Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Image - Flip - Merge Down

Duplicate - Image - Flip - Merge these two layers together

Open Element 15 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the top centre of the frame

Duplicate - Image - Flip and Merge Down

Open Element 8 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position to the left

Open Element 1 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position at the top left

Open Element 27 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position in the centre of the tag

Open your tube and paste as a new layer

Position in the centre of the tag

Open Element 19 - Paste as a new layer

Resize by 50 - Sharpen More - Position on the bottom right of the tube

Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Sharpen and repeat the Gradient Glow

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Down

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
