I am using the PTU Scrapkit Anna Marine Bundle Pack 47 by Foxy's Designs which you can find HERE 

Mask of Choice

Font of Choice

Filters Used:

Mura's Meister - Copies - Encircle 

Xero - Radiance - 234, 195, 91, 155

This  is tut number 3 of 3 using the Bundle

Open a new image 600x600

Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 20 - Sharpen More - Position in the centre

Apply Mura's Meister Copies at the settings above and position in the centre

Open Element 19 and paste as a new layer

Resize by 10 - Sharpen - Apply Copies as before and position over the black rose frame

Click inside the black rose frame with your magic wand

Selections - Modify - Expand by 5

Open Paper 8 - Resize by 70 - Sharpen

Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame

Click inside the red rose frame with your magic wand

Expand as before - Open your close up tube and position in the frame

Duplicate and hide for now

When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the frame

Unhide the duplicate and erase the bottom overhanging parts of the tube

Open Element 26 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position on the left of the frame

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down

Open Element 22 - Send to the bottom left - Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Flip - Merge Down

Open Element 29 - Image - Mirror - Resize by 40 - Sharpen

Posiiton on the top right of the frame and move under the tube

Duplicate - Image - Mirror and position on the bottom slight left of the frame

Apply Radiance at the settings above to your tube layers

Open Paper 1 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group

Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible

Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down

Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
