Filters Used:
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Fat - White and Purple
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 20 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 85 - Sharpen and position on the left of the canvas
Open Element 6 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position to the right of the previous layer
Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 40 - Sharpen and position on the bottom left of the tag
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and Merge Down
Open your tube and paste as a new layer
Position between the tower and waterfall
Open Frame 2 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Send to the bottom right
Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5
Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer
Open a close up of your tube
Position in the frame - When happy - Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None
Move both the paper and tube underneath the frame
Change the blend mode of the tube to Hard Light
Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer - Image - Flip
Position on the top of the frame
Open Element 2 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen
Position on the right of the tube
Open WA - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position at the top of the tag and apply Gradient Glow at the settings above
Open Element 19 - Resize by 50 - Sharpen - Position on the tower
Open Element 11 - Resize by 60 - Sharpen - Position on the bottom right of the tag
Open Paper 2 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
