Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - Default 3 - Pink

Open a new image 600x600
Open Halftone and paste as a new layer
Resize by 90 and position in the centre
Open City Scene and paste as a new layer
Position towards the top centre of the halftone
Open Bar and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Position towards the bottom of the previous layer
Open Beads and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position on the bar
Open Water 1 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 70 - Sharpen and position under the bar layer
Open Wave - Image - Mirror - Resize by 90
Position over the water layer towards the bottom
Open Sand and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen
Position towards the bottom
Open Flamingo - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position on the left of the sand
Open Moon 2 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 40 - Sharpen More and position at the top right of the tag
Open Doodle 2 and paste as a new layer
Position below the bar layer on the left side
Open Starfish - Resize by 30 - Sharpen More
Position on the right of the sand
Apply Gradient Glow to the half tone layer at the settings above
Open your full size tube and paste as a new layer - Resize if necessary
Position on the right of the tag
Apply Radiance to the tube at the settings above

Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
