I am using the PTU Scrapkit Sweet Chloe made to match the tube by AmyMarie and you can find that HERE
Font of Choice
Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 90 and position in the centre of your canvas
Click inside the bottom pink frame with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 4
Open your close up tube and paste as a new layer
Duplicate and hide for now
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move under the pink frame
Unhide the duplicated tube and erase the bottom overhanging part of the tube
Click inside all of the frames with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 4 and paste as a new layer
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None - Move under the frame and 1st tube layer
Open Element 56 and paste as a new layer - Image - Mirror - Position on the dark blue frame - Sharpen More
Open Element 5 and paste as a new layer - Position on the top right and move under the tube
Open Element 8 and paste - Resize by 90 - Send to the bottom
Click inside with your magic wand - Modify by 5
Open Paper 11 - Position in the frame
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None - Move under the circle frame
Open Element 18 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position on the top corner of the purple frame
Open Element 28 - Paste as a new layer - Resize by 30 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom of the tag
Open Element 30 - Image - Mirror - Image - Resize by 50 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom left of the tube
Open Element 52 - Resize by 30 - Sharpen
Position over the paper layer on the top left
Open Element 23 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 70 - Sharpen
Position on the bottom of the frame and tube

Click on the paper layer - Open Element 57 and position on the right
Duplicate - Image - Mirror - Merge Down when happy
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
