Eye Candy - Gradient Glow - 3 White

Open a new image 600x600
Open Element 63 - Paste as a new layer and resize by 90
Position in the centre
Open your tube and paste as a new layer
Position in the centre of the cityscape
Open Element 47 and paste as a new layer
Send to the bottom and position to the left
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Open Element 9 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 80 - Sharpen and position at the bottom of the tube
Open Element 10 and paste as a new layer
Resize by 30 - Sharpen - Position below the previous layer to the right
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and merge down
Open Element 61 and paste as a new layer
Send to the bottom and move to the top
Duplicate - Image - Mirror and move below the original - Merge Down
Open Element 45 and paste as a new layer - Resize by 60 - Sharpen
Send to below the city scape layer and position to the right
Click inside with your magic wand
Selections - Modify - Expand by 5 - Open Paper 3 and paste as a new layer
Open your tube and position in the frame
Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None and move both the tube and paper layer under the heart
Change the blend mode of the tube to Hard Light
Open Wordart and paste as a new layer - Resize by 80 - Sharpen
Adjust Hue and Sat - Set both to 0 - Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above

Open Paper 10 and paste as a new layer - Send to the bottom and apply a mask of choice - Merge Group
Add drop shadows to your layers - Merge Visible
Add correct copyright and licence information - Merge Down
Save as a png - Add your name - Save again - Done
