Steampunk Fairy - PTU

I am using the gorgeous kit Steampunk Express by Bello Scarto which you can find HERE I am using a tube by Scarlet Gothika, you can find this and her other tubes HERE Mask of Choice Font of Choice Filters Used: Eye Candy 4 - Gradient Glow - white and 3 Open a new image 700x700 Open element 7 and paste as a new layer Image - Mirror Apply Gradient Glow at the settings above Click inside the frame with your magic wand Make sure you get everything in Selections - Modify by 3 Open Paper 9 and paste on your canvas Selections - Invert - Delete - Select None Move under the frame layer Effects - Texture Effects - Blinds Width 5 Opacity 10 Colour White and both boxes checked Open element 23 and paste on top of the paper layer Resize by 80 and Sharpen Erase any overhanging parts on the sides of the frame Open element 2 and paste on your canvas Resize by 80 - Sharpen Place on the left hand side of the frame Duplicate Image - Rotate - Free Rotate - 90 Right Position on the top of the frame Open the tube you are using and paste in front of the frame Position and give a drop Shadow I used: 2, 2, 50, 5 Black Open element 12 and paste on your canvas Resize by 40 and Sharpen Image - Mirror Place on the bottom right of the frame Open paper 6 as a new layer Send to the bottom and add a mask of choice Merge Group I duplicated and recoloured to Hue 23 and Saturation 74 Add the correct copyright and licence numbers Add drop shadow at the settings i used above Save as a png Add your name and show off!!
